I will forever be grateful to Tom Charity at the Vancouver International Film Festival for coming up with this presentation format of Cabin Music. After a sold-out screening at VIFF Centre, we did an audience Q&A before the entire audience walked three blocks northeast to the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School of Music’s acoustically impeccable Pyatt Hall for a 35-minute recital.
